
Refund Policy
Return rules
1. We will accept returns in their original condition within 7 days of delivery, except for any products labeled on the site as non-returnable. *If an item is returned beyond the 7-day period, we may need to ship it back to your default delivery address and request that you pay for the shipping costs.
2. All returned products must be unopened and in their original condition. If you are returning a product because the contents are damaged and unplayable inside. Please take pictures and submit your request to returns@twistedlabgames.ca. We will access and determine the best outcome for you!
3. Original shipping charges and duties are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy for International Customers
For customers outside the CA, return labels are currently unavailable. You will need to return the item at your own expense.
Refunds
1. Once we've received your returned package, we'll take care of the rest and process your refund asap. Refunds for credit card payments take up to 10 business days and 1-3 business days for other payments. Please note that the processing time depends on your bank and payment method.
2. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. If your bank account has closed since you've made the purchase, you will need to contact your bank directly for information on how to receive the funds.
*If you do not receive a credit to your account within timeframe mentioned above, please contact the issuing bank of your credit card.
*Due to current situations, your credit cards refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
